Deconstruction of Pain Project
(2022- ongoing)

The Deconstruction of Pain Project is a series of photographs where I talk about women's pain and fear, specifically on how the body physically reacts to distress and agony. About how for centuries women's suffering has been exploited for profit and entertainment. This project is a social investigation where I analyze the psychological and physical consequences of how our pain has been trivialized, ridiculed and mocked online and off. Focusing on the body, and how it has a very distinct language when it speaks up and responds to trauma. The body always remembers.
